The following fittings remain\u00a0from the earlier church.-<em> Books:<\/em> for registers see p. cxxxvii.\u00a0<em>Plate:<\/em> (i) Silver chalice with beaker-shaped bowl, the lip\u00a0curved, on long stem and moulded foot, the bowl inscribed\u00a0&#8216;Meilltryn Cup renewed by Arthur Williams Esq 1703&#8217;.\u00a0London date-letter for 1703-4. Maker&#8217;s mark D I, a cherub\u00a0above, a sprig (?) below, (Isaac Dighton). Height 6-1\/16&#8243; ins.\u00a0(ii) Silver paten-cover with narrow border and short foot.\u00a0Same date and marks. Diameter 4 ins.\u00a0<em>Miscellaneous:<\/em> Standing\u00a0stone in churchyard. It is a pillar of igneous rock with a regular\u00a0outline but rough and unworked. It stands 8 ft. high and is of\u00a0rectangular section 1 ft. 6 ins. by I ft.
