The S.W. side of the chamber may originally\u00a0have been dosed by a fourth supporter, now prostrate, and\u00a0dry walling of which a fragment remains. A large rectangular\u00a0slab some 6 ft. N. of the tomb may have been the capstone of\u00a0another chamber. There is now little evidence for the covering\u00a0mound, but the change in the angle of the slope (see section,\u00a0Fig. I02), especially on the lower side of the chamber, \u00a0may\u00a0represent the edge of a former mound about 28 ft. wide, of\u00a0which a low upright stone 6 ft.
