Near Pandy at 300 ft. above a.D. on the level brow of the E. side of the Horon Valley. It is 7 ft. high and roughly quadrilateral at the base, where three of the sides measure 1 ft. 6 ins., and the fourth 1 ft. It tapers to a ridge at the top; the lower 5 ft. have been partly dressed to make a regular pillar, probably in recent years.
