Stands at about 250 ft. above O.D. on the rounded summit of a small hill. It is oval with the entrance apparently on the N.E., and measures about 150 ft. from N.E. to S.W. by 110 ft. It is enclosed by two ramparts which now appear as earthen scarps about 5 ft. high,with a space of 40 ft. between them. Two round shallow hollows about 12 ft. in diameter, probably huts, exist about 20 ft. within the inner rampart on the N.W. and S.W. of the enclosure respectively. The site is much damaged by mining and agriculture, and the outer rampart has been destroyed on the S.E. side.
