(1630) ROUND HUTS

Round huts and enclosure on a shelf on the S.W. slope of Mynydd Mynytho, at 480 ft. above a.D. At the back of the shelf is a round hut, 12 ft. in diameter, its wall much overgrown, the entrance facing S.W. A hollow 10 yds to the S. may represent a second hut, its wall now destroyed, at the N. W. end of the enclosure, which measures 25 yds. along the shelf by 18 yds., and is bounded by a low bank of stone and earth.
