The 1953 edition of the 6-in. 0.5. map, 45 S.W. shows Ffynnon Engan as an antiquity at SH 29322708, and the 1920 edition at SH 29302710. The latter spot shows slight remains of masonry, but is indicated merely as ‘Spring’ on the 1901 edition and there seems to be no ancient record of association with the saint.
