(1631) ROUND-HUT, Cae-cerig-isaf

At 340 ft. above a.D. in ground falling gently to the S.S.E. The hut is 26 ft. in diameter, its stone-faced wall being 2 ft. 9 ins. thick and 2 ft. high in places. The entrance on the E. has one orthostatic jamb standing 2 ft. 6 ins. high. A roughly square enclosure 20 ft. each way adjoins on the N.E., and the structures may have lain in the E. corner of an enclosed hut group, of which the remainder has been robbed to build modern walls.
